Sculptural Lamp Stack with Mosaic – February 6-8, 2026

From foundation to final, learn to design and build your own unique & beautiful piece of focal garden art. Your sculptural stack may include lamps, ceramic pots, found objects, driftwood, as well as pre-made, ready-to-mosaic polystyrene/concrete forms. If you choose the three day option there will be class time to add mosaic to your forms. Each lamp stack will be completely portable for easy re-assembling at your home or site. Including the base, the height of a stack can vary: A “full stack” up to 7 ft, a “half stack” up to 5 ½ ft, and a “short stack” 4 ft.

After registration you will receive a detailed email that will provide helpful information on how to prepare for the workshop and to begin your search for possible objects to incorporate. In addition to what you bring, we will also have a varied selection of lamps and vases available for purchase.

Dates: February 6-8, 2026
Time: Friday and Saturday 10:00am – 4pm, Sun. 10am-1pm
Limit: 10 participants per workshop

Cost: 

1. Three-Day Option – Choose either:
• One Full Stack for $650, or
• Two stacks (Half Stack + Short Stack) for $750.
Includes a small 7″ lollipop to mosaic.

2. Two-Day (Friday/Saturday), Option – Choose either:
• One Full Stack for $550, or
• Two stacks (Half Stack + Short Stack) for $650.
Does not include a lollipop or mosaic time.

CANCELLATION POLICY BEGINNING 1/1/24:

• NO REFUNDS.
• 45 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO WORKSHOP DATE: A one time reschedule for workshop credit only, plus a $100 reschedule fee.
• 44 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO THE WORKSHOP: No reschedule.

Our workshops require a great deal of pre-planning, making a personal commitment to you as an individual including preparing your hand made project. When students cancel or ask to reschedule at the last minute, we lose money. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these costs and still keep our classes reasonably priced. In fairness to all of our customers we are unable to make any exceptions to our policy. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!
